Lost followers from old WP.com blog
-
Hello. I moved my wordpress.com site to my self-hosted http://mrkimnoble.com/
This used to be on kimnoble.wordpress.comSince self-hosting and activating the WP redirect, the followers in the old blog have gone to 0. I’ve installed Jetpack on the new site.
Could you someone please transfer the old followers across to the new site?
Many thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and provided the relevant URL(s) are posted here, Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention. -
There aren’t any subscribers on your old WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=9013528&blog_subscribers&unit=1 . Are they perhaps already transferred?

I had did have followers. I believe they all disappeared once I redirected WP.org traffic to my self-hosted site.

It’s worth noting that the domain name has changed.
Before it was kimnoble.wordpress.com
Now it’s mrkimnoble.comCould it be related to the name change?

When running the Jetpack Debugger on your site I got several errors: http://jetpack.me/support/debug/ . What other plugins are you running?
Also make sure you are running the latest WordPress and Jetpack version:

We’ve updated wordpress to the latest version. We’ve tried deactivating all of our plugins (minus Jetpack) and tried switching to the default Twenty-Thirteen theme to see if anything there is related. The debug still show the same error message.
Any ideas?

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?
1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button. -

Our Jetpack team received the report and will reply as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
