Lost formatting

  Hi, I believe I recently ended my subscription to wordpress, althought i was only aiming to delete a site we had on this account.

  I can see we therefor lost all formatting on another page we were planning to swap to from what we currently use on squarespace.

  I was wondering if the formatting of the website pages would revert back to normal when we purchase the subscription back? I also used elementor for this site.

  Hello there,

  Thank for your that information.

  After purchasing the business plan, the restore would not be automatic – you would then need to go to Jetpack > Back up > and then restore the site to a point before the plan was cancelled.

  This would restore the Elementor plugin and formatting among other things that were present at that time.
