Lost important content

I was write a blog post for my final assignment. When I updated that, everything was gone. The history show minor. I cannot find it anymore. I didn’t saved it as the page always noticed me ‘Saved 1 mins ago’ or ‘Saved a few seconds ago’. I was so believed that the page will saved for me but I wasn’t. Please help me to find it out. This is very important to me.
