  I am so lost with this theme thing. I just want to use life issues and cannot find anything. Journal is not available. What do I do.

  You can browse the selection of themes available on WordPress.com in the Theme Showcase.

  There are several hundred themes to choose from, and they may be different from the offerings at WordPress.org, since they’re two different services. You can read about the differences here:
