I recently took over the board for a public non-profit that consists of all new board members. We were given the user name and password for our wordpress site by the previous board, and 2 board members went in and changed the password. Unfortunately, they didn’t write it down, and they don’t remember it. We now are trying to reset the password, but we don’t know the e-mail address (or even the person) who the reset link is going to becasue we don’t know who set it up. We have renewed the domain name, and can access the address…and my name is listed on the webpage. Is there any way we can use the ‘last known password’ to gain access to the site? We do not know any of the information for the 3 check boxes on the form.

Hi there,
The site sustainablemuncie.org is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by HostGator. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
