Lost layout

  Hello!

  I let my customized CSS payment pass and now, even though I’ve made the payment, my blog’s layout did not go back to how it was before. Will I have to start all over again?

  Any help is much appreciated!

  Hi Alex, for thesleeplessreader.com, I see the domain/domain mapping/private registration was renewed recently, but I’m not seeing a renewal on the custom design upgrade for that site. Can you provide the PayPal transaction ID and I can look into it further for you.

  It wasn’t a PayPal transation, it was an automatic credit card renewal (last digits 0260).

  In the email I received it said:

  The following WordPress.com upgrades were purchased or renewed successfully:

  Item: Domain Mapping for http://thesleeplessreader.wordpress.com
  Cost: $13.00

  Item: Private Registration for http://thesleeplessreader.wordpress.com
  Cost: $8.00

  Item: Domain Registration for http://thesleeplessreader.wordpress.com
  Cost: $5.00

  Does this mean there’s one more feature I still haven’t paid? Is the custom design upgrade not included in this automatic renewal?

  That’s correct. There is a WordPress upgrade called Premium which includes both the domain upgrades and custom design (among a few other things), but it looks like you purchased the upgrades separately.

  The good news is that any CSS changes you made should be preserved and reappear when you re-add the customization upgrade. You can do that by heading to Dashboard>Store and purchasing the Custom Design upgrade for $30.

  Pro Tip: Once purchased, head to Dashboard>Store>My Upgrades to enable auto renew for Custom Design or any of your upgrades so you don’t have to worry about them expire :)

  Perfect, it worked!

  I’ll do the auto-renew later because at the moment there seems to be a bug with the choice of country drop-down. Whenever I move below Australia it forces me to the top countries…
