lost likes and stats when moved to self hosted site

  When I moved to WordPress.org I lost my likes, stats, and followers. They said you could help get these back.

  Hi there,

  While I cannot move WordPress.com likes over, I can move your stats and followers. Please reply back with the WordPress.com site you would like your stats/followers transferred from and the WordPress.org site you would like them transferred to. Please make sure you have activated the Jetpack plugin.
