Lost log in credentials / page not working anymore

It’s been a while since I needed to change anything to my website (www.ar-photography.eu).
But I wanted to make some changes today but noticed I could update some plugins.
Sadly enough the “Sydney” theme update failed.
I closed WP and tried to go to my website, but I now only see a white screen.So I tried to log in to my WordPress account, but apparently, I do not have my login credentials anymore.
Hope someone can help?

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
