Lost log in details for website

  Hello, I saved my username and password of my website to my computer. My computer sadly died and now I cannot log into my website. Please help!

  Hello,

  Thanks so much my website is http://www.venetianorris.com

  I added /admin/ to the end of my website address. I then followed instructions and changed my password. When logging on using new password this did not work. I changed my password again and this did not work.

  I am now blocked from trying again for 24 hours.

  I am not really sure what I am doing wrong?!
