  Hello, I have lost both the email id and password for my account https://nupurconsulting.com/. Can you help me recover it because the site needs lots of editing and I have not updated it in a while. It is an upgraded premium account and I need access to that.

  If it’s your nupurconsulting.com site you’re having issues with you will need to head over to the WordPress.org support forum as that’s where to get help with self-hosted WordPress.org software. This forum is only for managed WordPress.com sites.
