  I need to find out the login details to my site so I can change a few things

  Did you lost access to the account which owns the site? In that case, folow the steps at Account Recovery.

  I want to place an under construction sign on my website

  Once you entered the sites dashboard, you can go to Settings > General, and set the privacy of the site to “Coming Soon”.
