  http://katyyoung.co.uk/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do generally suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

  That said, your username for your specific website isn’t something that the WordPress.org community forums would be able to provide either – it’s unique to your site. In theory you should be able to log in using either your username or email address and your password. If you need to reset your password then in theory you can put your email address into this page of your site to get a password reset email:
