Lost login details

Hi There
I have been contact by Eric Vollmer to work on his WordPress.com site at https://voiceinthewell.wordpress.com/ however he doesn’t have a record of the login details. We attempted to reset the password by clicking the Lost your password link, but no email was received, so now we’re not sure if the account is registered to his email.
Could you please advise how we can go about retrieving the login details?

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, we don’t have any of the Proof of Ownership information. I don’t suppose it’s possible to get the email address that is connected to the account so we can follow up via that?

Hi there Rae,
We cannot divulge the email address for security reasons. The only thing t I can do at this point is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you all can check all of your e-mails you own and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
