Lost login details and auto renew

  I’m using a different login so I can contact this forum…
  the site in question is not related to this login.

  I can remember my login or username for the site….it’s set up to auto renew and because I can’t login I cant cancel payment. What do I do?

  If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can reset the password by using this tool:

  If you don’t remember the email address or you can’t access it anymore I can help you recover your account if you provide me with the transaction ID associated with your purchase. Here’s how to find the transaction ID:
