Lost login details and support on website isnt enough plx help

    Hi there, ive made a new account just to get an answer to this question, im overly depressed and frustrated by the fact that my laptop broke down. My account for lihedt domain was on automated login, and none of my emails that i use are working..

    I have an account that i can still use; lisaheleen.nl and thats the one i use for blogging etc. i bought that domain at neostrada, a dutch company. But i use the plugin from wordpress to edit that website.
    the account ive lost all the details too, is the account thats connected to my hobby company where i sell home-made jewelry. That domain name is lihedt (first few letters of LIsa HEleen schmiDT, my name. Ive got 2 emails i use frequently, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). For the lisaheleen account i login with (email visible only to moderators and staff) BUT i dont know how i can login for my lihedt account. NOTHING WORKS and im utterly frustrated by it. i just CANNOT contact wordpress for some reason, because at the contactform it says i just need to login with my accountname.. I cant verify it with billing or other means since i cant find any mails.. I can show wordpress that i DO own lihedt because my company is linked to it and i have proof of billing that i have sold jewelry on it, and i can also SHOW PROOF by means of emails from NEOSTRADA, the company were i bought the domain name from.

    What can I do ? Because I need to get back into my account ASAP, please..

    Hi Lisa,

    Can you please provide the full URL of the site you’re trying to access? The address, lihedt.wordpress.com, does not exist on WordPress.com:

    https://wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=lihedt

    Note that you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software that’s made by the community on WordPress.org.

    Your site at lisaheleen.nl uses the latter, the open source WordPress software, and at a different hosting provider from us. Is it perhaps possible that your lihedt site is also using that software instead? If so, you need to contact the hosting provider where you’re hosting that site for help, as we have no control over sites that aren’t hosted on our servers.
