Lost login ID

  I have two WordPress accounts. My computer died and all my account information for both accounts was on my hard drive. I can’t recall my login ID for the second account which is at: https://wordpress40575120161122firstblog.wordpress.com/2017/02/02/chapter-3/
  Can I please have a staff member help me to retrieve it?

  Thank you, but account recovery only deals with lost passwords and not lost login ID’s.

  Hello again,

  You can work through account recovery without your ID, access to the email you registered is required. I will tag this for review by staff, in the future if you’d like to do that yourself simply add modlook to the tags to the right of this thread.

  I did try to use that form, but I think its only for customers with a paid accounts and both of mine are free ones. Thank you though for tagging this to be reviewed by staff .

  Hi there,

  No, you do not have to be a paid user to fill out the information in account recovery. You do, however, need one of the three credentials on the form to submit it to us. Reason being, if you do not have any other those credentials, there is not much we can do to assist you in recovering the account. Do you still have access to the email associated with the account?

  Yes, I only have one email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I’m afraid I don’t have any of the credentials because once I activate the site I don’t keep the email with the activation link so I guess I’m sunk.

  Hey there,

  I checked the account and the email you provided isn’t the email that is associated with the account.

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

  I completely forgot I had this other email address. I went in and id id find the email WordPress sent me. What do I need to do now?
