Lost login information

The museum I work, Safe Have Museum and Education Center, for lost their login information for their wordpress site: safehavemuseum.wordpress.com. We would like to know how we can gain access to our site so that the interns can continue updated it and learning about social media. Thank you.

Blogs aren’t owned by institutions, businesses, organizations or groups. The sole owner of a blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog.You must be logged in under exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.

Note that if you are not the owner of the blog in question you will need to contact that person on your own. Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the email address of the blog owner to you. I did the recovery form at least 4 times in the last month with no response. We do not know the Administrative login or the password. We cannot log in to see the blog because we cannot log in at all, making none of the available options useful.
Can we do anything to gain access or is this just a dead site now because we can’t get on?
