lost login to my other wordpress

  Hi guys, I hope you can help me.

  I have tried logging in to my website after a while. It said that my email above wasn’t registered. I still managaed to get in using element or. I then installed the updates but then my whole website and WP dashoboard got logged off. Could you please help me recover my website? Thank you!

  I’ve checked it, and the site nickivanmusic.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. It is hosted on the servers of the company Guru.
