  • Hi there,

http://forensicpsychologists.com.au/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com; this means it is not connected to our system. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
    https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

That said, it sounds you’ve logged in here on WordPress.com, rather than logging in on your site itself. Since your site uses the WordPress software, it probably has this page for you to log in with:
    http://forensicpsychologists.com.au/wp-login.php

There are a many implicit causes of this issue. First, you should check to see if your web hosting account is still active and that the lines associated with your website are still on theserver. However, also you may have a problem with the garçon configuration, If they are. You should also check to see if the sphere is still active and pointing to the rightserver.

However, also you may need to modernize the DNS settings, If not. still, also it could be a problem with WordPress itself, If the lines and sphere are each in the right place. You should check the WordPress configuration and make sure it’s set up rightly. You should also check to see if any plugins or themes have been installed that may be causingissues. However, you may need to communicate your web hosting provider for backing, If you are unfit to find the problem.
