Lost login/trying to find (email) account linked to wp page
-
Hi
I thought I signed up with my gmail account and linked it (this was at least 3 years back now and I haven’t touched it since). This page is now out of date and customers are complaining….so I need to make changes to it urgently ….. https://radleystreetfishandchips.wordpress.com/- however, I can not link this wp page to my email to make modification/cancel it.
I tried all my other email addresses but nothing.I do not have the ID or any more of proof to recover ownership (I manage the other fb pages). I just want to know which email account it is linked to…..
I emailed wp but no response.
What can I do?
Has this happened to anyone before?
Thanks.

You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me
There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.
For Issues Changing your Email Address see https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/#issues-changing-your-email-address
If you cannot locate an activation or confirmation email check your email client spam filter please and if you use Gmail or a or G Suite account see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
If the login information has been lost go to
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-passwordIf you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Hi there,
I can tell you the username who own that site is maytran007, but I cannot give you the email address connected to that account, as the email address is the primary form of verifying your ownership.
If you don’t remember the email address in question, and don’t have access to any of the other verification info, we won’t be able to give you access to that site, as we’ve also told you via live chat yesterday.

Hi Kokkieh,
I finally figured it!
It went to my work email, however I dont work at that company any more, therefore I have no access to that email account…..What happens in such cases?
Is there a setting to add in a secondary email address? If there isn’t, there should be….. :)
After being frustrated, I finally remembered the password and logging it.
Thanks for the support.

I see you’ve already updated your account email address.
You can also set a backup recovery address in your security settings that you can use to reset the password should you ever lose access to the primary email:
