lost logs and password !

Hi there
I made a wordpress for my mum in 2013.
4 years later we need it again.
The site is up and hosted by hostinger
we, it seems, forgot the logins n passwords !
and when we enter the email adress to get a new one, we dont get a mail.
How can we proceed ?
I can log to the site of hostinger but dont know how to acces the admin of the
(at the time i used a ftp, but now i d rather just the admin of wordpress, as i havent touched a website for 4 years…)thank you all

I’m a bit confused by your question. If you site is hosted by Hostinger, then you will have to contact them to get your log in. WordPress.COM is a host that hosts WordPress made sites, whereas the program WordPress can be used with 3rd party hosts, like it appears you did. We have no access to any site that was not hosted by WordPress.COM. You will need to contact Hostinger, or use the WordPress.ORG forums to get help, as they work with not WordPress.COM sites.

I just had a 2 week course about wordpress 4 years ago. So 4 years later im totally lost. Sorry for these stupid questions.
They made us use a host and use a ftp transfer program back then… Of course, i dont have this program anymore. I hoped it was possible to access the admin of the site without using ftp, directly from the admin of the site online
I can access the board of hostinger where my site is host. But cant access the “backdoor” and my admin to modify my site from there.
Its hard to reach hostinger it seems, but i will try again.
is it possible to transfer an hosted site back to wordpress.com and manage in everything online ? As it seem way easier for a casual user like myself
