  i’m having a difficult time navigating your website and finding my blog. is there a number I can call and ask a few questions?

  When you log in, click on My Sites in the upper left corner. This will take you to a page with information on your blog’s statistics and activity. On the left side of the screen, click WP Admin and it will take you to your Dashboard where you can edit your site, make posts, etc.

  It does not appear that you have a site, just an account. The My Sites page will give you a link to register a blog.
