Lost Menu Tabs

I was an idiot and thought I saw a duplicate menu heading and deleted it not realizing that in fact I deleted the entire menu of tabs. Currently they are showing as a list of links haphazardly at the top of my web page citypeoplesmercantile.com. What can I do?

To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
