Lost menus

  I applied a style and lost the menus, as well as the menus option from the Appearance pull-down.

  I looked up various sites but couldn’t get it back to the way it was. I can’t even find “start over” under settings or tools or anywhere else.

  Apparently e menu still exists according to “Customize” but I can’t restore it.

  Do I just scrap the whole account?
