Lost menus on WordPress.org

  • Unknown's avatar

Last week In installed Jetpak and was delighted with many of its features. However, I lost menus on my WordPress.org site. I liaised endlessly with Bluehost who found no answer. I manually reinstalled my menu headers and contents at least six times but, as soon as I closed out, they disappeared. I eventually deactivated jetpak and re-did the menus with content and they are fine. I’m now too scared to reinstall Jetpak which I would like to do and have it take over the functions of some other plugins like. UpdraftPlus and Yoast SEO, WPOptimise and such. I cannot find answer son the WP forums so hope you can help. I suspect there was something going on between this .com site and the .org one to make the menus disappear as they did.

    WP.com: Yes

    Hello there,

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com, I suggest posting your question on the WordPress.org support forum and seeing if folks there can assist you or you can directly contact Jetpack plugin support here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

    Hope this helps! :)
