lost mobile authenticator and back up code

  Hello Support Team,

  I have been trying to contact you guys to fix my Account login issues. My SIM card was blocked so I can’t receive verification code. I lost Backup codes and Authenticator is freshly installed on a new phone so I can’t access to my blog so I have to create new account to log in the forum.

  My Blog is “zikkyzan.wordpress.com” – Please send me the recovery to my Blog authorised email.

  Hi Zikky.

  I can confirm that the email address you gave is the one I sent an email to. Could you please double check your spam folder and, if you’re using gmail, the Social folder. The subject line of the email is as follows: Re: lost mobile authenticator and back up code.

  Let me know if you still don’t see it after checking all of your account’s folders, and I can resend.

  Hello Siobhyb,

  I just check mail again and received your email. When I click to your link, I login again but it still require me a Verification code. I can’t receive a code because This SIM card I’m not use anymore so it was block.

  Hi Zikky.

  I’m glad you got the email! If you check it, you’ll see that I included a single-use authentication code that you can use to login.

  Sorry for not read your email clearly. I just login to my site and have a backup code but I can’t find somewhere to change my phone number. Would you please tell me how to change it. Thank you so much

  I’m glad to see you back in your account Zikky! :) To change you number, you’ll need to disable and then reenable two-step authentication from the Security page in your Personal Settings:

  i’m having the same problem…
  can’t access my other blog that use authenticator
  my blog is justawaydesign.wordpress.com
  the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  i need the recovery code as soon as possible. i already post this problem in the forum… but still got no answers.
