Lost my access to wp-admin control of my site

I attempted to change the URL of my blog and subsequently lost access to the wp-admin login control of the site. Suggestions?

you blog doesn’t seem to run on WordPress.com so we’re unable to help. You can ask for help in WordPress.org support forums, which is a separated forum dedicated to WordPress.org users.

If you are talking about other site than http://dimensionalcanvas.com/ which shows by default in your profile, please post it here, but http://dimensionalcanvas.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com.
