  Hi, I just tried to change my domain name, but lost my blog, I did not want to delete it, can I get it back, please?

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.
  If a site is already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.

  I recommend contacting the Support team directly and see what they can do.
