Lost my blog due to an email change

  Hi – I have a wordpress blog of writing – https://respectthepaw.me/
  This was linked to an email address that I stopped paying for – (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I cannot access my blog anymore and may have missed payment requests from wordpress. Is there anyway to retrieve my blog and switch the email associated with it to my existing email account? Have I lost all my writing?
