Lost my CSS changes!

  Lost my CSS changes when I accidently activated another theme on my website. Can I restore them? I had never saved them in another location.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You certainly can restore them. WordPress keeps copies of all your CSS for all themes you use or try out. Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS and at the top of that section, you will see “CSS Revisions”. Click on that link and you can restore the latest CSS revision for Manifest (it will actually be the one beneath the one listed for Nishita).
