Lost my domain

    I need help. I had created a blog 3 months ago here on WordPress. I bought my domaine somewhere else but followed the steps and paid the fees and my site was working until about 1 hour ago. I happened to forgot that I used a certain email address to create the account for the first site. So when I tried to create a second site, I simply logged on and followed to step to activate the new site. Doing so, my old site disappeared from my account and now I can only see my new site create by mistake. This new site is fully replacing the old one and I cannot find it anywhere. All the work I did on it seemed to have been ‘covered’ by this one. I need help so bad.

    Hi @solfarcommunications, no worries. What is the domain you bought?

    My guess is that you just made two accounts by accident. Once you’ve verified ownership / regained access to the other account, we can help you merge these two if you’d like.
