What is the web address of the site you want to be restored? Was it deleted, suspended or you lost access to it? Was it hosted by WordPress.com or some other hosting service provider?

Hi there,
We can’t offer any support or resolve issues concerning suspended sites on this forum. Your site might have been suspended due to the infringement of Terms of Service. To get more information on Suspended Blogs and Sites and to connect with the concerned team, refer this link.
Moreover, I will add MODLOOK and ‘suspended site’ tag in this thread to bring it to the notice of staff.
Hope this helps! :)

I can see you purchased a domain mapping upgrade for systras.com. Once fully set up, this will connect systras.com to systrasdotcom.wordpress.com.
The name servers for your domain are currently pointing to a site hosted by HostGator. Have you already asked your domain provider to update the DNS? Doing so will point systras.com to your WordPress.com site instead. The name servers you need to use are listed here:
Let me know if you have already completed that step.
Thanks!

Hi plymouthward,
earthdragonleather.co.uk is self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two here:
We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites here, however, support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/
You may also want to contact your hosting provider (TSOhost) if you are unable to restore the content.
Best of luck!
