lost my first post after activating my account

    I registered, wrote my first post (didn’t saved the draft, of course :( ) and published it and went right away to activating mail on my inbox. Activated and it transferred me back to wordpress but there were no first post. Is it possible to “find” it somewhere in the backwoods of wordpress, because I pressed PUBLISH and it’s somehow still saved :) ?
