The website is the same, it’s just hosted under hostgator now. I have quite a few followers under this account. Is there any way to still allow them to follow my website? Thank you so much

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

I have the same problem! But there is no email, no phone number, and no chat for wordpress! Why??? I need help getting my followers back! I have Jetpack installed and subscriptions active. When I click on the little “contact us” link in the forum, it’s take me back to square one, like it does with everything. Please help me get my followers back. My URL is http://www.omasheartblog.com/

Hi!
A few months ago, I transferred my site from Weebly to WordPress. I am now at the point where I went to over 1,000 followers a day to 100 if I’m lucky. A professional did the migration. Is there something I’m missing or that we didn’t do?It’s just really frustrating.
Thank you.

As we have no access to your files or Weebly’s servers, WordPress.com support cannot help you with migration issues between Weebly and a self-hosted WordPress blog.
Your best bet may be to ask on the WordPress.org forums:

Hi rootjosh!
Have you really been able to migrate my subscribers and followers?
On my old Weebly site, which I kept just in case something happened, when I go to settings for the site address , it comes up as http://www.hautecurvywoman.com,
Then there’s a box that is crossed in as use a subdomain of weebly.com.
Please tell me what info I need to use to get the entire site into my ‘new’ site.
Thank you so much.
