Lost my home page; cannot post

    I (clearly a newbie) was trying to organize my blog in a way that made sense to me, which is have pages for my categories and make category posts to those pages, so that people who are interested in only one category don’t have to slog through posts on other categories.

    So I made the pages, moved the relevant posts to them, but cannot post to them; only comments can be made, which is not what I had in mind.

    Furthermore, there is no longer any page left that I can make a post on; only comments are possible.

    So…what happened to the page where I make posts, and how do I get it back?
