  I think I deleted WordPress’ home page for my site. How do I designate a new homepage

  I noticed that this site was most likely built with the self-hosted version of the WordPress software, often called as WordPress.org. This forum is equipped to help WordPress.com websites.

  To clarify, there are several providers of WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your question as it lies outside of our system.

  Quick tip: You should be able to choose a home page, when you are customizing your theme’s Homepage settings.
