  Hello there, I was creating my website here and after I switch my domain hosting, I do not see anything in my account here my username is: builders. and password [redacted by staff] My email address is [redacted by staff] the Login url: [redacted by staff] Could you please help me recover my information

  Hello there

  I was creating my website here and after I switch my domain hosting, I do not see anything in my account

  You might have used a self-hosted version of WordPress i.e. WordPress.org with another host. The domain was not hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a managed hosting for WordPress and is different from WordPress.org. Please see the difference here

  Currently, the domain points to Squarespace https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://www.buildersfirm.com/ so you won’t be able to access the old site. Please get in touch with your old host and check if they can help you with getting a backup.
  
  Also, please never share your username and password in forums as it is visible to the public.
