Lost my login and password

    Hello,

    I’m really sorry but you are my last chance… In the begin of march, I change my mail adress because my friend who created the site didn’t want to continue.
    His name is Antoine BELTRAN. His mail adress it’s (email visible only to moderators and staff) and his password it’s [redacted by staff].
    So I change the email adress with mine: (email visible only to moderators and staff) with my new password.

    But, now, it’s impossible for me to access at the site… In reality I especially want to recover the site mdncruseilles.wordpress.com

    I contacted the wordpress service in France and they told me to write to you as a last resort… So…

    Please NEVER post sensitive information like passwords in a public forum like this. Our support staff don’t need to know your password to access your WordPress.com account, and we will never ask you to provide a password for any site or account. Please ask the person whose account that is to change their password immediately to prevent unauthorised access to their account.

    The site at https://mdncruseilles.wordpress.com/ does not belong to the germainp74 account you are using to post here.

    If you must take over management of that site, the current owner of the site needs to transfer ownership of the site to you as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    We cannot give you access to someone else’s account, or to a site in someone else’s account, under any circumstances.
