Lost my main menu

    I can’t find my main menu after 200 items on it. Is there an undelete to get it back. I added two new custom menu widgets when it happened…did this eliminate my main menu that I was using for the Primary menu? Do I delete some of the custom menus to get it back? This is so so so sad..
