  Hi, I lost my password. I can’t even reset it because it’s somehow not taking my username or email id either. Please help recover my site.

  What is the address of the site you are having trouble logging in to?

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact your host for advice or post in the WordPress.org support forums.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
