lost my password, email deactivated, no codes to enter

    Hi,
    I have a separate wordpress account with an email. Outlook have de-activated that email. I can’t retrieve a password and thus cannot log into my site. The recovery form doesn’t work. Is there any way someone can help me with my other site please?

    The recovery form doesn’t work.

    Are you speaking of the password reset or the account recovery form? The latter is really your only option. Regaining access to your account requires that you discuss login information with staff, and you can’t do that in this public forum: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

    It might take a while for staff to respond, as it’s weekend and there might be other people before you in the queue, but they will respond to the email address you provide in that form.
