Lost my phone and can't access my account

  Hi. I really need some help. I had my account (alemaneitor) with the two step enabled, but now I lost my phone and can´t access to my account.
  I don’t have the backup codes. I didn´t even know these existed until I lost my phone.
  I would like know to know if there’s any way of getting back my account.
