Lost my phone for verification

I don’t have the phone I used before as a verification process for my account. Now that I logged out and wanted to log in, I couldn’t because it is asking for a verification code that is sent to the number that I no longer have. I don’t have an authenticator for other codes. I don’t have access to the email address that I used to open that account all I have is the admin access url link that I sent to my other email address so that it can administer the account also. I hope you can help me access my account again. Thanks!

The only way to gain access to your account is via the account recovery form. Please submit that providing as much information as you can and someone will follow up with you via email.

I was trying to do that but it would not allow me to send my concerns if I am not able to submit any of the 3 requirements like codes and url of activation etc. it came with the email address that I no longer have access to. So there’s no way for me to be able to submit it.
