Lost my Post

  I lost one of my posts, while re-naming it i guess. I cant seem to find it anywhere. Has it been overwritten? How do I restore it. Need it urgently, if you could reply asap.

  You can check two places –
  1) Post revisions –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/page-post-revisions/
  2) Old admin dashboard –
  https://YOURSITE.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php

  I lost my draft actually, I see I have written ‘post’. Been working on it since yesterday. Can you help me with how to recover a lost draft? I hope there is a way!

  I see. But in this case it’s important to know whether your draft was saved or not. If it was automatically saved (or you pressed the save button) then you should be able to find it on this page –
  https://wordpress.com/posts/drafts

  or in the old admin dashboard here –
  https://YOURSITE.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=draft&post_type=post

  If it’s not there then I’m afraid it’s lost forever or was probably not saved in the first place :(

  Just found it! I had saved it and revised it too, a no.of times since yesterday.

  Your Draft Revision thing helped me out. I checked all my latest drafts to see and I found it in one of the posts I had renamed and the content just was not there :)
