lost my post after hitting update

    This was 2 or 3 hours of work. I published it, though I meant to edit it more closely. While working I updated it for safety’s sake. Then when I went to check it was an earlier draft. I can’t figure out how I got revisions today, but I did once, but can’t now.

    I also clicked html and went in and fixed some stuff, then clicked visual again. I write in html, but I wasn’t sure I could do that on wp, but it seemed to work.

    I had the right draft on one tab of firefox, but I was tired and accidentally lost it. My work is out there, Post is The Light Goes On, image of a light bulb. Then should have a header that says “Just turn the lights on.”

    The early draft was notes to myself, and reads like it. I can rewrite it all, but would rather not. On my own system, I could probably find it. This is my third day of trying to use wordpress. Have a website of my own domain.

    Revisions are in a module down below the editing area typically. If it isn’t there in the post editor, go to screen options at upper right and activate it.
