Lost my primary site due to change in username

  I am new to wordpress and after a long time I logged back in to complete developing my website. When I changed my username it deleted my username as well as my primary site and now I am stuck with an unwanted site address. Please help me recover my old details or reset my account so that I can use my old primary site.
