eigoshizuoka.com is hosted by CyrusOne
Name Servers:
wns2220.hostgator.com
wns2219.hostgator.comThat site is not on our wordpress.COM servers we cannot help you with it.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is provided at https://wordpress.ORG/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support. -
If you are referring to a wordpress.COM hosted site what is the URL of it? And, which username account registered it?

Thanks for the feedback, I guess I should be looking at wordpress.org
Thanks for your help.

Hi there,
The WordPress.org forums will only be able to help you with the WordPress software. For a problem with your domain, you need to contact your domain provider, and for a problem with your hosting account you’ll need to contact your hosting provider.
I changed my web hosting from Groundsite to HostGator now when I log in to WordPress I get the start up dashboard for my site on Hostgator. Where can I find my dashboard for the site I made?
If your site is now hosted by Hostgator, I’d expect that you’ll find your Hostgator dashboard if you log in. That’s how it’s supposed to work.
When you switched hosting, did you download a backup of your site from SiteGround? That will need to be uploaded into the database of the site you now have with Hostgator.
“Swithing hosting” only refers to changing the provider hosting your site. You still need to move the actual site yourself, unless you specifically paid your hosting provider to do that for you.

I thought that WordPress and provider were separate and that I could still access my WordPress page, but I guess I am wrong. I have sent HostGator a ticket to move the site from SiteGround to HostGator, my account is still active with SiteGround.
Thanks for the information, very helpful.
Cheers.

Right .. if you are dealing with webhosting company and moving site from there server , in that case only the webhosting company can assist you.. WordPress support wont be able to help you move the data.
