  I tried to add ‘www’ to my domain but now I cannot access my site.

  Hi there,

  I can guess that your website is not hosted at WordPress.com and you have a self hosted version of WordPress.com.

  WordPress.com automatically removes the “www” from all URLs. Mapping the “www” subdomain is not supported at WordPress.com.

  In this forum we can only help with WordPress.com sites so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice.

  If the website is hosted over here, please provide the website name so we can further help you.
