Lost my site

  I recently purchased a new system and I went to log into my WordPress account and it says that my username is incorrect, so I typed in my email address. It opened up an account under my email, however, my complete blog is gone and it seems to have completely defaulted to a new site as though I never had one. How do I retrieve my active site and get back to updating my blog. I am a photographer and I need to post some photos ASAP, but I would prefer not to have to completely rebuild everything if possible.
