Lost My Site

  I had http://www.gibronis.com registered on WordPress and it was down today.

  There was an error in my admin area that said it couldn’t connect to my site, so I read some forums that mentioned I needed to disconnect the Jetpack. I did that and now the entire site is gone.

  Please help! This is our business website and I’m not sure where any of the files are.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

  Thank you. I was just logged in at wordpress.com and saw the site there, then it was deleted.

  I’m not a developer, so I’m not using wordpress.org. The site with all of my content is, I believe, at http://www.gibronis.wordpress.com and then I mapped my existing Go Daddy domain, http://www.gibronis.com.

  I’ve had the site for a year and have been logging in with http://www.gibronis.com/wp-admin

  Let me know if there’s anything else we can look into.

  I think gibronisaustin might just be a user of the site I’m looking for, which is owned by my other account. I can’t seem to access my password.

  I’m trying this URL https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword but am not getting any emails when I enter my email address. It’s using SMS Password Reset but my phone, I’m sure, is outdated. Thank you!

  It seems to currently be owned by someone else . Are you able to contact them to gain access?

  Also, the gibronis.com domain isn’t currently pointed here. But let’s get your site access set up first, then we’ll work on adding the proper upgrade and settings to make that work.
